Day 0
Send drawings
Upload PDFs, DWGs, IFC or Revit models through our quote form, or email a Dropbox / WeTransfer link. NDA available on request standard within 2 hours.

Within 24h
Scope & fixed fee
We review the drawings, confirm what's in and out of scope, agree the standard (NRM2 / SMM7 / CESMM4) and issue a fixed fee with turnaround date. No hourly billing surprises.
03
Days 2–10
Measurement & checking
Chartered estimators measure from drawings, cross-check between disciplines, benchmark rates against live UK data, and prepare backup sheets traceable to every drawing reference.
04
Delivery day
Delivery & revisions
You receive Excel BOQ, PDF summary, backup sheets, query schedule and risk register. Two rounds of revisions included turned around within 48 hours each.
