Standards we work to
UK measurement, properly applied.
NRM2 New Rules of Measurement
The RICS standard for detailed measurement of building works. Our default for new build, refurbishment and fit-out.
SMM7 Standard Method of Measurement
Still in use on legacy contracts and certain civils packages. We prepare to SMM7 on request.
CESMM4 Civils Engineering
For infrastructure, highways and groundworks projects, measured to the Civil Engineering Standard Method.
POMI International Projects
For UK consultancies delivering work abroad, we prepare to Principles of Measurement (International).
